Billing Information
Bulk billing is available to medicare card holders. Other consultations are privately billed. Please ensure your current address, phone number and email are up to date at reception, and that Medicare patients provide a valid Medicare number and expiry date.
Direct billing
Direct billing is available for students and visitors covered by an approved insurer (Allianz, CBHS, Medibank, AHM, NIB or Bupa). Please bring your insurance card. Where your insurer does not cover the full fee, the balance is payable on the day.
Private consultations
Private consultations start from $109.50. The final fee depends on the length and type of consultation, and reception will confirm any amount payable before your appointment. Payment is due on the day. For Bupa and NIB patients, a $30 gap applies on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Appointments & Cancellations
We do our best to run on time, but wait times can occasionally extend up to one hour. We appreciate your patience. If you are unable to wait, please let reception know — you will not be charged for leaving because the clinic is running late.
